Who Runtz is.
Runtz is a Los Angeles cannabis brand and breeding line that emerged around 2017, attributed primarily to Big Boy Toy in collaboration with the Cookies Fam network. The original Runtz cross of Zkittlez and Gelato produced a candy terpene profile that none of the parent strains alone could deliver, and the success of the hunt produced a wave of phenotype releases.
The Runtz line is now a small catalog of phenotypes selected from the original cross and its f2 generations. Pink Runtz, White Runtz, and Greasy Runtz are the most-grown phenos, each with a distinct color expression and terpene fingerprint while sharing the line's signature candy nose.
The cuts we hold are sourced direct, with the mother plant lineage documented and held in our clean room. PCR HLVd-tested quarterly. Re-tested at every batch release. Not knockoffs, not seed-grown reproductions, not "called by the name" mystery cuts traded online.
