Cat. №07 . Clones / Sour Diesel / SD-01
gas station
on a hot day.
Sour Diesel clones from a documented reputedly Chemdawg 91 x Super Skunk x DNL pheno, contested mother plant. Sour Diesel is the East Coast sativa benchmark, originally hunted in the early 1990s. The cut runs long and tall in flower, with a fuel-and-citrus terp profile that has been imitated more than reproduced. PCR HLVd-tested quarterly and re-tested before any cut leaves the room.
Cut from a documented Sour Diesel mother traced through East Coast growers to the original Reservoir Seeds line. Lineage above the Chemdawg parent is contested in the industry and we hedge accordingly.
Tall sativa stretch, long internodes, foxtail-style flower formation. Fuel-pine-citrus terp profile. Resin lighter than dessert cuts but more aromatic.
A rooted clone of the mother in a 2 inch peat plug, packed in a humidity dome and shipped overnight. Each box includes a cut card with the lineage notes, a flower schedule, and a feed chart for the first two weeks after transplant.
2 to 3 weeks. Top early and often, lateral branching is sparse otherwise. Plan for 1.8x stretch in flower.
10 to 11 weeks, long-flowering for a sativa. Stretches through day 25. Late-finish patience pays off in terp intensity.
Light to moderate EC. Burns fast on heavy feeds. Cal-mag every watering in coco.
Pull at 90% pistil curl. Trichomes milky, minimal amber. Slow dry preserves the gas note; rush dry loses it.
It is a clone from a verified Sour Diesel mother held in our clean room. Reservoir Seeds (AJ) is the most-credited origin, though the exact pheno hunt and parent lineage remain contested Lineage notes ship with every cut.
Indoor, 1.2 to 1.8 ounces per plant in a 5 gallon container, scaling with light intensity and room conditions. SOG setups in 1 gallon containers produce closer to 1 ounce per plant. Outdoor on a single trellised plant, 4 to 10 ounces is realistic depending on climate and finish week.
Pack days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Order by 11pm the day before a pack day and the cut goes on the next dispatch. Transit is 1 to 3 days depending on your state. Each cut ships overnight or 2-day priority in an insulated cooler.
Yes. PCR HLVd test on the mother plant quarterly, and a second PCR pass on the batch before any cut ships. We also run a fungal panel to rule out powdery mildew and pythium. Test results are available on request.
Sour Diesel prefers indoor or a long-season outdoor environment. Tall stretch and long flower window mean late-October finish dates. Coastal humidity can risk bud rot on long-finishing sativas.
